Whether you book to eat in at their snug little restaurant or order takeaway, this place WILL put a smile on your face, and not just because the food is delicious. It’s the feel around the place when you dine in or even when you just collect your food. The staff are always great to deal with and they all seem to love working at Slow Rise. It’s the depths they’ve gone to refine their pizzas and their processes. They’re always looking to improve their menu, they listen to feedback and tweak things and the business as a whole seems to be running smoothly. With all that aside, let’s get to the food! We ordered: 🍕 Margherita 🍕 Mexican (Limited Time Special) 🎂 Biscoff Tiramisu 🫙Aioli 🫙Sriracha Mayo Honestly, we’ve been to Slow Rise several times, and it just keeps on getting better. They’ve got the crust down to a tee now, and it feels like an extra little treat when it gets to dipping those crusts into the sauces. The Margherita is just class and is full of flavour for a ‘boring’ pizza. It’s not boring, it’s just a simple classic. As for the Mexican, that’s a fun pizza. Who would have thought Cauliflower would work on pizza eh? But it does work, and we’d rather that than Pineapple any day! Rosie, Lewis and the rest of the team should be proud of what they’ve done so far. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal here yesterday evening. The team is extremely friendly and there was a wide variety of pizzas and drinks on the menu. Love the vegetarian concept, and I have to save, the pizzas were simply amazing. The tiramisu is a nice little treat to wrap up your meal with. I would suggest that you try to make a reservation in advance if you plan to dine in.

Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. The pizzas are delicious and the friendliness of the staff is exceptional. We arrived late for our table and they had already started closing up but upon seeing us they insisted on opening back up and cooking pizzas for us. At no time did they make us feel rushed or unwelcome. Pay them a visit you won’t be disappointed.
